Happy Monday! I can't believe that this is the last Monday in September...these last few months have absolutely flown by! It feels like my family has been away from home as much as we've been home this summer, and sometimes it's a struggle to find time to get even the basic chores done - not to mention scrapbooking. Today I want to share a video post with how I scrapbook in a pinch; time is not always my friend, and I have to find ways to scrapbook in minutes instead of hours (but a girl can dream...). With just a few products and about half an hour, I created this 8.5 x 11 layout of my youngest:
As you're watching the video, please excuse the background noise from my boys in the background...that's actually quiet in our house. :)
How do you scrapbook when time is at a premium? I'd love to hear your tips and tricks!
I LOVE that woodgrain stamp!!! I've never seen one of those, but I'm not a big stamper. That would be handy!! I've often wished I had something that looked like woodgrain - great idea!!
I LOVE the idea of journaling on tags!! (I'm "scraplifting that from you. LOL)
Dawn - I love your video! What I love is that it is nice and short, too. Some videos go on for twenty minutes and I just don't have that much time to sit and watch some days :)
For me having a specific scrap space is key. Where I can leave all my stuff out. So if I have five or ten minutes I can just pop in and work a bit. That is how I do a lot of my scrapbooking actually :)
